Happy-Go-Lucky, Laughing Staff having a great time while providing horribly unacceptable care. My father-in-law has been neglected, handled harshly physically and verbally and has late stage bed sores which we were told will never happen if cared for properly. He also is made to sit and wait for up to 2 hours after eating to be put back to bed to get him off of his bed sores, which is why they are so bad. Some of the care takers are very nice, but some are arrogant, pushy and one even asks my mother-in-law to cook for her and bring food in for her to bring home to her family, repeatedly. When she doesn’t get her free food she acts like a nasty B and is very cold. She is also the patient neglecter. My mother-in-law was also told by patients that they were making derogatory statements about her right out in the open in front on the patients, because she wanted some help from the staff with her husband and when the lazy employees ignored her requests she went above their heads to the owner Mrs. D, which is pretty much a waste of time. She doesn’t seem to give a damn about anything except that the checks are clearing at about $10,000.00 per month per patient who pays out of pocket. (medication and diapers NOT included). Bottom line, I wouldn’t kennel my dog at this place for $20 a day, let alone leave a loved one here for $10,000.00 per month.

Before you use this facility make sure that you have a lawyer, you'll need one. Neglect, misdiagnosis, and poor care jeopardized my mother's life. Dollars are all that matter. They know how to play that game. Unprofessional, dishonest, neglectful and overall inefficient. Below average both in cleanliness and attention to the needs of the patient.
