Details:

Nursing and aide staff don't wash or dress residents until as late as 11 a.m.,argue with family members who request more BREAD for the resident family member! The administrator is a bully residents" family member. The MAINTENANCE workers are bullies to visitors, residents and residents families, questioning residents who suffer from dementia, barring visitors and family members, and administrator refuses to intervene.
