Requests made repeatedly, response we will be with you shortly, shortly difined by Belen Meadows must be anywhere from 45 minutes to longer. In fairness, when brought to Directors attention, there was improvement. Also, not all staff is poor, there are exceptions. Facility is clean. Quality of care, is better during day hours and week days, weekends and night hours need help.
