My father was here for rehab. They were excellent except for promptness. They sometimes took a while to respond when the buzzer for assistance was activated. Could use a little more staff.

My brother was in the skilled nursing area of Bethany Village for three months. After asking for my brother to see a podiatrist (something all other nursing homes do automatically for diabetics) they finally took a look at his feet....they had put TED Hose on this brittle diabetic for days at a time. When he was sent to the emergency room he had developed MRSA, he had pressure sores from the TED Hose, malnutrition, all of this was from neglect according to doctors and nurses. He has lost his toe, and they are hoping to save at least some of his leg through very costly treatments. I complained to the Ohio Board of Health and they substantiated my complaints.
