My mother is a resident at Swan Pointe and the care is excellent, they truly care for the residents. My mother has been there for over 4yrs and not once have we had any problems. She is able to come and go as she pleases. She is allowed to go outside on her own. She is treated like an adult. I have worked at many nursing homes in Toledo Oh so I know which ones are good and which are really bad and I can say Swan Pointe is one of the good ones. I am very thankful for all the employees there for taking such good care of my mother when I am unable to.
