Details:

Mom was there for broken hip .When we were suppose to pick her up they did not have any equipment for her as they said and wanted her to come home with no walker or toilet brace.She had to stay another day costing us more money which was there fault.Totally bad communication as nd management.Also the pt yelled at me after we talked to him 2 days before to get everything done right. My mom has dementia and cried whole time. Chris
