This is not a residential facility. Do not send your loved one to Franciscan Care Center. They are unorganized not prompt and unskilled. Dietary is horrible and cleanliness is something to be desired. The staff admits to no wrongdoing. You do not want your loved one staying here.

Please do not take your family member here. Nothing but problems with dietary medicines promptness cleanliness and injuries. They do not make reports until you bring it to their attention. They pretend like they don't see issues that need to be corrected. They have a rating of a 1.5 I give them less than that.

I give them a 1 for promptness organization and skill. The patients are left to fend for themselves they have to beg for assistance and are injured with no first aid or reports made. Do not put your loved one in this facility without being there 24/7 with them.
