NOTE the age of these stats -- almost 10 years. This report does a dis-service to anyone choosing a facility. I am a resident, here, in 2016. I have has experience with many facilities in the past and the staff here is competent, dedicated to positive patient care, and always kind and positive. In my view, they put their $ into people who actually care daily for residents -- well-trained aids, OT, PT, and nurses on the floor. This report describes some other place -- NOT Linda Vista in 2016!!!

Awful care....this facility doesn't deserve to be open. I recommend you DO NOT send or recommend this place to any elderly family/friends.
