CNA’s are rude and don’t respond promptly to call button, have a bad attitude, nurses are nice but too busy. Administration is hidden. No matter what is happening you never see them. They don’t support their staff and the staff makes that clear to the customer.

This is the worst nursing facility in the state of Rhode Island. The nursing staff are totally incompetent. They failed to provide my mother with quality nursing care nor did they give her the dignity and respect she deserved during her stay. I would not recommend this facility for any skilled nursing care.
