Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Details:

My mother is a resident at this facility on the dementia unit. The staff overall is very nice especially the regular 3-11 RN who I see most often. They don't have nearly enough staff however and the the activity department is very poor. There is nothing to keep residents engaged in the evenings. Despite some very dedicated nurses, I am looking elsewhere for a better environment for my mom. I also wish they still had bed alarms for nighttime safety. My mom has fallen several times and once sustained a fracture. I would not recommend the dementia unit.
