Details:

This facility is no longer Hillside... it is Holston Manor, and is owned by a different organization. The facility has a good physical therapy department, but not much else. Some of the nurses are very receptive and helpful, but others don't seem to care much. Overall, the staff is not very receptive to any requests from the family once the patient is admitted.
