This is the most neglectful facility. Patient care is lacking to say the least. Patients are made to sit for hours when they need to go to the bathroom and at night when they need to go to bed. My mothers clothing was not changed as she was put to bed in the same clothes she wore that day rather than her bed cloth which she was in again the next day. Call lights go unaddressed and often ignored especially on the weekends. I had to call my sister and have her come and assist me with helping her to bed and to the bathroom as the nurses refused to help her. I suggest you keep looking for another facility unless you plan on staying with your loved one day and night as I have had too with my mother.

The nursing staff is very goodbut the billing staff is terrible. Be sure to keep records and know befor hand what pay and does not pay. Billing cost me hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars. They billed the wrong companys. I was even billed by a a Knoxville agency for my mother being in a knoxville nursing home when she was in Wexford House in Kingsport. She never was in a Knoxville Home affilliated with Wexford House. I do not recommend their care unless you want to keep up with the daily pricing on all care.
