My mother was there for 3 weeks. They would not feed her, or assist with her rehab. During that time, we would call for hours and no one would pick up the phone. We could not visit during COV 19 and she declined drastically. All the clothes and daily care items that was purchased were lost and never returned. A family member called to check on my mother and was told that her kids get on her nerves because they call all the time. When most of our calls were unanswered. The Head Nurse told them that my mother was worse because of us. We are looking into legal counsel. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVE ONES HERE, THEY ARE DESPICABLE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS AT ALL.

My Mother-in-law was here and this place was terrible! Told to take all of her valuables home as they might get stolen. The staff was hateful to her and fussed at her for any and everything. She stayed in bed the whole time to avoid being mistreated. Called at 3:00 a.m. and said to get her out of there no matter what. She looked scared when we arrived and staff followed us into room and stood at bed whole time we were there.
