Details:

This facility could use a good cleaning for one thing. Many members of the staff are not responsive to the needs of the residents. For example, they are made to wait to go to the bathroom if they need assistance. One friend who went there was dropped when she was bathed (I saw the bruise) and this was not mentioned. They need to hire better employees that actually care about the residents
