My grandmothers diapers were soiled for days and she was developing a rash on her back side. I asked her nurse about the redness and she snapped at me as if I accused her of causing the redness. She muttered her native language under her breath and left the room. I changed the diaper by myself. I felt so upset with no help from these people. The just don't care.
