This place is filthy! It is old and dirty, not enough help, and the food is disgusting. My mother was there for three weeks and they lied to her two times to keep her there that long and then attempted to keep her longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Details:

I found that the cleanliness of this facility needs improvement. They lack the attention to detail that I feel is important as far as the care of the residents. they are very slow to answer call bells. As far as the Rehab side of things, it is almost non-existent. they seem to have a breakdown in communication between thearapists and CNA's. The Director seems very open to ideas for improving the facility but I do not feel that the entire staff is behind him, unless he is a good actor and is just telling you what you want to hear, but I think he was being honest. The facility has the potential to be first class if all employees try a little harder.

Details:

Dad never had any bedsores or other skin issues I was watching for as evidence of neglect. I could't be there every day, even once a week at times, so I had to trust them with him and he had no complaints beyond the normal stuff.
