My mother had stayed at Montvue for over two years. I cannot tell you how many countless times that she would ring her bell for assistance to go to her restroom. She told our family that she often begged,& cried for the CNAs to help her, and almost always had 'accidents' in her wheelchair, after waiting for over 45 minutes most of the time, this was very degrading for our mother. The final straw came when mom reported a rash on her arm which lasted over 2 months. We kept asking what the rash was, and the 'staff' kept telling us they didn't know, but was treating it with cream. After finally questioning her doctor, we were told it was SCABIES! needless to say, mom is no longer at this disgusting place, I can not even call it a Nursing 'Home'.
