Facility management refuses to discuss inadequate care issues. E Extremely Slow response time, served patients. Leftsitting in feces and urine for hours at a time, wrong diet served repeatedly, verbal intimidation used by some staff members. More like a prison then a rehab. I do not recommend this facility for anyone. Theft of personal property.

I have tried to get the admission paperwork mailed to me. Every time I call, I am told they were sent. Yet, I have not received them. I left a voicemail on 07/11/11 with the woman in charge complaining about this and she never returned my call. I am not getting a good feeling about this place. I live 12 miles from the facility but cannot get to it before 5 pm due to my commute from work. If they were that responsible, I would have received the documentation on time.
