My dad was "admitted" 10/28/16. He had a fall on 10/29/16 We were not notified, 10/30/16 needed nurse assistance my dad 2 hours before nurse responded, 10/31/16 needed nurse assistance 1 1/2 hours wait. Nurse entered room said will be back. There is a great problem with night and day shifts. Nurses are disgruntled, the conversations heard as I walk the corridors were of getting paid. Patients bells ringing no one responding. Oh back to admitting. My dad was in this facility from 10/28 -11/1. The admission was signed 10/31! We moved our dad OUT!!!

My mother is currently in rehab at this facility. For the most part i would say it is okay, but there is room for improvement. I would give it a 2-3 star. I have been keeping notes for a few days on issues that concern me. I will keep these notes until my mother is discharged and afterward submit them, for if I do so now, she may be singled out.

My mother and Grandmother has also been in here. Back in 2009-2010 place was much better. The call button is useless and two TV's in the room do not work correctly and after 4 weeks now still not working. Poor attention to details for a customer in need. Also my mother is unable to cut her foor to eat and this has been brought to their attention many times. Still today they drop her foor and leave like they just don't care.

my mother and grandmother and aunt have been in this place, my aunt once and my mother and grandmother 3 times each. When they first went in 09 the place was good all way around with staff and care. Second time in 2010 place got less caring and less help, lord only knows why they even have a nurse call button because you push it and if you're lucky you might get one pass your door half hr later. Now for the 3rd time mother is in there again only because I thought this place had to have gotten better. I'm so sorry and ashamed we let my mother be admitted this time, as it is so understaffed, and certain therapists aren't listening to the patients who can speak for themselvess like my mother. My mothers mind is 100% and when she says she's in pain she still has a smile on her face and they just do things that they know aren't helping, as a matter of fact my mom is in more pain and is in worse shape than she was when they started working on what was supposed to be just her right knee. Now they want to kick her out saying she's met her goals. It can't be because of insurance, as she still has over 60 days insurance will pay. Its they don't want to listen to the patients needs and the dr doesn't even enter the room and talk to my mom. She's been in there one month and not ready physically to go home with a walker and they kicking her out. So if you are needing care for a loved one for rehab short term or longterm,I DO NOT recommend this facility to you. Trust me, 3 times my loved ones in and each year service is worse. Some of the staff are great and attentive, but in reality they are understaffed, and except for a couple of the nurses and therapists that this place is lucky to have, I would not leave my dog in this place if it comes to my mother or grandmother again needing a facility, it sure won't be this one. As patients are left alone and falling out of beds and wheelchairs getting injuries that are unexcuseable...I hope none of you have to make this choice in life, but since you are looking at this cite I'm assuming you have to put a loved one in a place, I hope you look further and don't put your loved one in here..Good Luck and I wish you good choices and the best for you and your loved ones..
