Details:

My sister is a current resident at Autumn Care of Suffolk. She has gone at times 6-8 days without a shower. She waits at times until 1-2 pm for her am care. She is talked down to by the nursing staff and treated poorly and laughed at by the aides. This has all been reported to administration who make excuses and do nothing about it. They just lie to anyone when questioned. Don't put anyone you love in the place. It is filthy and the food is horrible.
