Details:

My mother is at this facility and I am desparately trying to get her out, even if it means quiting my job. It's roach infested, not enough staff, and the list goes on. It should be shut down permanently. Therapy for a stroke victim is minimal at best, no time spent with patient to get better. The CNA staff in the morning is horrible, they will leave your loved one all day without changing them. They leave them in the cold AC without covering them up. I could go on for days with their neglect.
