I went through the outpatient with optional supervised residential substance abuse treatment program at Treatment Centers XL about 10 months ago and feel better now than I have since I started using about 25 years ago. I would hit rock bottom (then dig a little more), go to the ER, spend 30/60/90 days in some of the most luxurious and some of the most hardcore inpatient and outpatient programs in the country, and be right back to using within a couple of months of getting out. This program was incredibly different from any of the others I’d gone through. Dr. Reggie, Trevor CAC III, and Kelly RN have been treating addiction for at least 15 years each, and they DEFINITELY know what they’re doing. Their combined experience impressed me immensely. They realized that it was MY recovery, and just going through the generally accepted processes that every other rehab seems to use on everyone who walks through the door is simply not effective. By focusing on the biochemical AND psychological aspects of my personal addiction and addictive behavior, I have finally been able to build a healthy lifestyle. Every day since I began this program has been better than the day before, even if things aren’t necessarily going my way, I have learned how to deal with them effectively. This program helped me finally grow up, become an adult, take responsibility, and become a productive member of society. They helped me without shaming or disrespecting me. The bottom line is that I have made a 180 degree change in my life and couldn’t be happier. I recommend Treatment Centers XL 100%.

If you care about your health, wellbeing and recovery DO NOT GO TO XL TREATMENT CENTER! The owner Mia/Tamia lied to us from day one. I called Mia, very helpless and desperate, wanting to make the right selection in recovery programs for my husband. Mia lied to me instantly, telling me that they only take new patients on Monday's and gave me a two hour window to leave work and get there. Once we arrived Mia wanted a check for $24,000 with no explanation of what we would be receiving or the program. It wasn't until I started shaking and crying that I was given some idea of what they do at the facility. Mia saw dollar signs when she heard the desperation in my voice to get my husband help and the urgency to start a program. Over the following week my husband watched Mia take new patients at all times of day, any day of the week. My true concern instantly began to be for my husband’s welfare. Day one, 30 minutes after checking in I watched a woman stick my husband with a needle over 15 times continually missing several very visible veins. I was also horrified at the level of cleanliness that was happening right in front of us. The woman giving the IV had blood all over her gloves from sticking my husband and stops to answer he cell phone. This woman continues on her phone touching it and everything else before sticking him over and over again. Mia told me that the nurse that usually gives the IV's had to leave for an emergency and would be back tomorrow (Another Lie). The same woman continues to give him the IV's day after day. Over the next few days he was stuck over and over until his arms were black, blue and yellow. After several days of this treatment I called Mia and explained to her that my husband was too nice to complain but the he couldn't take the pain of that woman missing his veins another day. Mia reassured me that she would have someone else come in and give the IV. This was a blatant lie, first thing the next morning it was the same woman and the same horrify situation. All Mia cared about was getting our money. My husband received a fraction of the services we paid for. Our credit card was charged with approval or consent. The entire experience was painfully disorganized and dishonest. Choosing Treatment Center XL was the worst mistake I could have made for my husband and his recovery. Please do not entrust these people with your health or hard earned money.

I was lied to from the very first day I was in there. I was sold a huge package everything sounded great. Later I found out I was just being told what I wanted to hear so they could get my money. The program is terribly unorganized, extremely unprofessional and greedy. They called my work several times giving the receptionist privileged information about my treatment. I had vein bruises due to 4+ missed IV attempts daily. I was told by the nurse that she never does IVs. My arms and veins were yellow and bruised up from all the missed needle attempts. Later I found out that it's not even ran by a doctor, it's ran by a chiropractor who rents a real doctor license out. The chiropractor is so greedy she'll lie and railroad any client to get her hands on their money. The director MIA/Tamia doesn't care about helping people, she only cares about what she can get out of your wallet. I was there for a 2 week treatment. What I received was only a 1 week treatment and less then 80% of the services initially sold/promised to me. I was billed for IV bags, massages, neuro therapy, testing, vitamins, etc, etc that I never got. I was promised by the director that she would remove the services I didn't get from my bill and when I agreed then I'd pay. Instead, the minute I left the building she immediately, illegally and fraudulently ran my credit card without my knowledge, permission or signature for the full $16,000. I called her out for lying and for charging my card without authorization. She said she'd fix it and still to this day hasn't refunded me a single dollar out of thousands of dollars due back to me. Recently, She cowardly emailed from her employees email mocking me, talking down to me and refusing to credit the items I didn't get. Needless to say I'm filing every possible complaint and suit and can." Many of the other people there had similar experiences I found out. I really feel like I was scammed, promised the world and received next to nothing. All to get $16,000 out of me. It was very high pressure sales and the minute they got my money the nice side of MIA disappeared.

This is my personal experience with this company ran by MIA SISCO. I had a week left on my vacation and I thought I had a ambien and klonopin dependency so I googled skyridge rebab center and unluckly found this place, that is not associaated with the hospital at all. The first day I was there still under the influence of ambient, they “sold” or induce me to pay upfront 13000 + on my amex. They made me signed a lot of paper without the amount on it, so I did. They never gave me copies of all the paper I had signed. They drew my blood that day. The socalled nurse I do not believe was a nurse because she did not speak English and was Korean wearing sandals to work. The second day I showed up , it seemed they had a concoction of the IV drip for me that I sat and took it in my vein for 4 hours. I asked the “ Korean nurse” what was in it ,she had no clue.explaining it was some kind of vitamin C and other stuff. I asked her which type of vitamin C, she did not know she says. She stuck me with the needle without gloves after sticking another needle in the heroine addict sat next to me. Then after diagnosed and given the treatment plan by a non medical license sales person – MIA SISCO then I had a massage. Around 2pm on the first official day there, the medical director named KANE LAI – who is not even affiliated with addiction care, a contractor for MIA SISCO came by to meet with me. The meeting lasted for 4 minutes so he can signed off on her proposal to make money off of me. KANE LAI owns body logic and is not the anesthesiologist MIA SISCO claimed him to be. Before the 4 minutes was over he left. The so called nurse had my blood work which they charge to my insurance company was about to give it to the medical director KANE LAI to give me the result, but he was in such a hurry he left. The place was very unprofessional – I hear MIA SISCO YELLING AT HER CASHIER – FREDERICK JAUCH constantly and loudly. This is hocus pocus vitamins you can get at the store. At the end of the first day, they gave me pills they picked out for me with their hands without gloves to put in a bag to take home. One of the pill was lunesta to supposedly wane me off of the ambient and klonopin. I told my PCP what had happened, he was very upset with me saying lunesta is the same as ambient and I should not be taking syringes in my veins unless under the supervision of a licensed medical professional the entire time in a sterile atmosphere, not an office. The next day, I call to discharged myself – all parties knowing I only have a week off of work before I start back to work the following week 9-6 daily. They told me they had plan out the month’s schedule for me and that the IV solution was about 450 a bag and they had ordered 8 or more bags especially made just for me and cannot return it or canceled the following months therapy with whomever they contracted out with like massage with CHRISTINE SCHELEGEL etc. WOW … AFTER MEETING FOR 8 HOURS SHE HAD IV SOLUTIONS CREATED AND DELIVERED JUST MADE FOR ME AND CANNOT RETURN IT and CAnNOT CANCEL THE FOLLOWING MONTHS THERAPY WITH WHOMEVER THEY CONTRACTED OUT WITH.. are you serious? I give you a months a head notice and then the put me into collection for $17,300 with a company called NARS. I MUST point out she checked my insurance and continue on about how she will billed them extra so I will have the rest of the $4000 to pay the OOP cost. (insurance fraud maybe) well I have contacted the all local news investigative channels and initiated an investigation with DORA and have file a police report with the lone tree police department. AS to this day, I still have not received all of my original paperwork. They only send bits here and there filling in parts that benefits them. All THIS HAPPENED IN MAY. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE CHANGED MEDICAL DIRECTIORS 3 X I BELIVED. Check out there website.. the staff page is under construction. MIA SISCO CONTRACTS EVERYONE OUT EXCEPT HER CASHIER AND SECRETARY TO MY KNOWLEDGE. SHE TOLD ME SHE PAYS THE MEDICAL DIRECTIOR $900 EVERYTIME HE SIGNS A NEW PATIENT SHE BRINGS IN.

Review posted 10/08/14. Started treatment on 07/07/14. 55 year-old male. After years of struggling with insomnia and depression and obtaining mixed results (at best) from prescription valium, sleep meds and anti-depressants, my depression worsened in early 2014. With no reason to expect anything but more of the same results from conventional medicine, I turned to Treatment Centers XL/Aminokit (XL) for help. After the first day of treatment with the amino acid therapy, my symptoms literally disappeared overnight. The next morning, I woke after sleeping for 8 hours with no medication for the first time in over 7 years. Amazing! No valium withdrawal symptoms and no depression. I went from being a numbed-out, irritable zombie to “feeling” again - literally overnight. The honeymoon lasted for 7 days, then the insomnia returned, and the next three weeks were pretty rough. However, rather than giving me the usual (insomnia) b.s. about counseling, sleep hygiene, etc., and/or trying to put me back on sleep meds, the folks at XL worked with me to adjust my amino acid supplements. As a result, my sleep steadily improved to the point where I’ve consistently slept well for several weeks now. Recovery from the effects of long-term valium use is an imposing proposition, but my mental focus, clarity and memory have improved dramatically as well. XL staff are a fun and personable bunch, and the atmosphere is comfortable, relaxed and warm. I experienced no notable delays or waits, and XL staff were very flexible in adjusting their schedules to accommodate my needs. In my case, XL people came in on both a Saturday and a Sunday to administer my IVs, and stayed late with me on several occasions. As far as I’m concerned, these folks personify healthcare at its finest. Going with Treatment Centers XL/Aminokit is the best decision I’ve ever made. They literally gave me my life back. I’m still amazed at what a dramatic, transformational experience this has been. It’s been three months and still – WOW! I’m still getting used to feeling good again!

Pleasently surprised at how well this treatment worked for me. Confidentiality was a must. More importantly, I was allowed the opportunity to regain the controll over my life that I never expected was possible to have again.
