The staff appears to have a need to make you look bad, so they can step in to make you look good, this is even true when there is no bad, so they fabricate stories that make you look as bad as they want. they also place hands on you when you do not want them too, some sort of mind game i suppose. You would be better off going some place where you are respected and believed instead of the bs they put you through. Future Vison has no vision, except to make you feel you need them even when you dont

In my honest opinion, I could NOT have found an outpatient program that fit me better. The staff at Future Visions is absolutely amazing and highly intelligent. They'll show you love and support like they've known you your entire life. One of the biggest most important reasons I would refer someone here is that; the counselors are addicts themselves so they know first hand what our lives are like and can truly relate to our life style. AND on top of that they have college education on addiction, psychology, and some other things so your honestly getting the best of both worlds. Now my #1 most IMPORTANT reason to refer ANYONE to Future Visions is that when your there you WILL NEVER feel like your just a paycheck to them EVER. They really will love and care for you like your apart of their family!!! To be successful in treatment you need to seriously teach yourself everything about YOU. How you were and who you were as a sober person from all aspects. Examples: attitudes/moods, hobbies you did, sports you did, fun you had, things you had, friends you had, how your family treated you. Now the hard part. In your active addiction who or what you have become emotionally, morals you've broke, people and things you've lost, health issues, relationship issues, and anything else that has changed in you or around you cause by your addiction. What you need to do from day one that will insure you get all you can from treatment in my opinion is.. When doing assigments or sharing with the group don't hold anything back NO MATTER WHAT even if its embarrassing as hell cause you never know what kind of convo you could potentially start with a story that literally saves the life of the person next to you or across from you. ALWAYS ALWAYS give your truest and most honest effort into everything you do 100% of the time when it revolves around your recovery, don't cheat yourself (this could literally be what saves your life), and one last big thing is leave your EGO at the door. Because your ego will seriously get in the way of your recovery by limiting how much you involve yourself in activities because your "too cool" or "too hood" to express emotions, admit your weakened, and admit that you need help cause for once YOU CAN'T DO IT ALONE.. You could make someone else uncomfortable and that night because they didn't share at group cause your too cool they killed themselves.. Don't be selfish Thank you for taking the time to read this. Just remember that you won't regret your decision when you choose Future Visions.

I have been through a few programs and truly recognize the difference in their level of care for me and the rest of their clients. The program is very thorough and well formatted for young and old alike. I am VERY impressed and have been affected to the very core of my sole. I am praying they are around for many years to come and grow to be able to help more stubborn Alcoholics like me surrender. It's a long road I have ahead and the tools I am gaining at Future Visions will be with me till the day I leave this world... I am sure of that!

I do not recommend this place to anyone.I had an assessment done here.I was trested like a guinea pig.The evaluation was very impersonal...they had a "trainee" sit in on my eval. They talked amongst eachother as if I wasn't there. My reason for being there was very petty compared to other cases, they recommended 1 year treatment as if I was a prior case.Future visions stated I would receive a call regarding my "treatment"...and I did not get one.Now I am in trouble with the court for non compliance...find somewhere else.

I was just made aware that an agency is having staff put fake ratings on all the other agencies around them. Please read the reviews. You can tell which are serious reviews and which are not. Future Visions is a totally down to earth place to come and feel comfortable and get the help you need. This is not a treatment mill that tells everyone they are addicts and forces them into treatment. It is a place that genuinely cares and has superior staff that has more experience than almost any other agency out there. Give it a chance and you will see. Compare them to everyone else. They encourage you to.
