With the exception of one or two nurses, most aren't very patient friendly. I was a patient there for over 4 months and had my Fistula infiltrated 5 times. Treatment area is very noisey with dorrs slamming closed, boxes being ripped open near patient treatment chairs, jugs being carted around treatment room, supplies being thrown on racks beside chairs, employee meetings being held in treatment room. It was aa warehouse atmosphere. There were fast at getting waiting patients in and hooked up for treatment. In over 4 months I only saw and actual Doctor 2 times. They always seemed to be in some kind of a trasition period. Social worker not available very often. Dietician was great.
