I have read the reviews and I hate to say this but I work at the watershed, just quit. They will tell you anything to get you to come to treatment. Then you cannot leave unless you go to PHP. At inpatient they place you on FMLA or STD and then can threaten your job if you do not complete the whole program. The director at Quantum Anna is a mean nasty women who speaks to the patients horrible. She uses vulgarity with them. Very unprofessional. At the PHP level of care we have to get a list to her of all people with legal or employment so we can threaten them if they try to leave. The apartments are disgusting and its in a horrible neighborhood. If you want to get sober and not sit in a room so they can bill you insurance and then throw you out go somewhere else.

I totally agree! as a former employee my self, I am reporting them for insurance fraud, BBB, state attorney, DCF ( you name it). Anna is a pathological, disrespectful anorexic with state licenses. The corporation rewards her because she keeps the patients hostage at all cost!
