They have attitude staff very unprofessional, theres no doctors mostly nurses, PA and students lol. They cant even draw blood. I recommend Waterbury Hospital thats a real hospital, I also went down to St marys to pick up copies of tests on record deparment and there a big black lady there so mean and ridiculous. She was rude for no reason and my little one asked why and theres a ghetto girl next to me and she treat right probably cuz they r on the same level. She was making comments no one ask not need about my son name been a girl name for her and making fun doing faces. all she needed to do her work and gimme the damn copies. Yes Patient Care Advocate there should work and do something ;)
