My LO was at the rehab facility on the 5th floor for two weeks in 2016. The rehab staff there is excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind. My LO made very good progress. The floor is very quiet and very clean, probably due in part to a very low occupancy rate. My LO had a two patient room with no roommate. The physician and social work staff seemed helpful. The nursing staff was less knowledgeable and helpful. Some night shifts were careless about noise in the hall at night, resulting in loss of sleep, which the rehab staff emphasized on the first day as being important. The meals were decent quality. It was quite a comedown to have to be moved, due to medicare requirements, from here to Cherry Lane (see review)
