You acknowledge that if no fees are paid to CiteHealth for the service, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only, unless otherwise permitted by law, and shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from CiteHealth, regardless of the cause of action.


You agree to hold harmless and indemnify CiteHealth, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.

Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Website will be brought solely in Adams County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
